The spacious Wellness Apartment 1504 is located on the 5th floor on the south side of the SPA Moser Residence located less than 2 km from the spa colonnade of Karlovy Vary. The apartment is newly and modernly furnished and fully equipped.
The Moser Residence is located at the Moser Glassworks right by the cycling and walking paths leading along the Ohře River to the centre of the UNESCO-protected spa town of Karlovy Vary.
The apartment provides a luxury accommodation in Karlovy Vary and is suitable for up to 4 adults. It includes a spacious balcony, WiFi connection, reserved parking space or dedicated bike room and ski storage.
The Moser Residence has a reception and a modern SPA wellness centre - heated pool, sauna and fitness room. For an additional fee, it is possible to use private wellness area with whirlpool and private sauna.

Apartment equipment
The apartment boasts a new fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine.
You can find a large built-in wardrobe in the hallway and a wide table surrounded by numerous comfy chairs in the living room. Should you not find them cushy enough, you can simply transform the nearby sofa into a fully-fledged bed for 2 adults. For your entertaiment, the room includes a wide LED TV with Netflix, HBO MAX, Disney+, Xbox ONE console, Blu-ray player, or various board games and kits.
The bedroom has a wardrobe, an extra 180 cm wide double bed with storage space and a new OLED TV.
The bathroom has a spacious shower, sink, cabinet with storage space and toilet.
From the living area and bedroom there is an entrance to a roomy south-facing balcony with beautiful views of the greenery and different parts of Karlovy Vary. On the balcony there are armchairs and tables.
About Moser Residence
Apartment 1504 is part of the Moser residential SPA wellness complex, located a short distance from the centre of Karlovy Vary in a quiet part of the town of Dvory.
Near the residence, a cycle path winds along the Ohře River, along which you can go to Loket Castle, Františkovy Lázně, Chomutov or the Ore Mountains. There is a possibility of renting or returning boats right next to the apartment. There are many hiking trails, viewpoints and excursions in the surroundings. It is possible to enjoy downhill and cross-country skiing in the nearby resorts in the Ore Mountains or to play golf,
A 5-minute walk away is the Variáda or Kaufland shopping center . A short walk from the residence you can visit the Moser Glass Museum and a racecourse is a few minutes' walk away. The bus stop is
250 m from the residence.
Directly opposite the Moser Residence there is a restaurant Villa Dvorana, which serves dinner and breakfast.
The Moser's fenced residential complex includes a reserved parking space, a fitness centre, a reception, an electric bike rental service and a bike and ski storage room.
Wellness experiences will be provided by the 28C heated ten-metre pool with sun loungers, the spacious Finnish sauna, or the private wellness with whirlpool and private sauna and relaxation room. Showers and changing rooms are available for wellness and fitness.

UNESCO SPA TOWN KARLOVY VARY
Karlovy Vary is a famous spa town enticing visitors around the globe with its healing springs and colonnades, beautiful center and world-famous film festival.
The temperatures of the thermal springs range from 30 to 72 °C, each having its own beneficial effects. The first historically proven treatment dates all the way back to 14th century and king Charles IV., who not only greatly contributed to the fundation of Vary, but also allegedly relished the healing capabilities of the springs.
But there's a lot more to do in and around the city. Discover lookouts and lookout towers on the city, learn about history through castles, chateaux
or go on a trip to the surrounding countryside.
THE ORE MOUNTAINS AND THE NEARBY SCENERY
Don't miss out on a view unlike any other! Just 15 minutes from the apartment lies the Plešivec lookout tower. Challenge yourself and climb its 66 steps and bathe in the unforgettable scenery. Search for the Fichtelberg mountain or the majestic Ore Mountains and their highest peak Klínovec, towering over the German side of the borders. The more keen-eyed of you will be able to also spot the Doupov Mountais, the Slavkov Forest and Dyleň. Such an experience is not to be missed!
By cyclobus and cable car you can also get to Klínovec and from there go on a hike to Boží dar and further along the ridge of the Ore Mountains, or ride a bike back
to the apartment.
In winter, the Ore Mountains offer over 140 km of groomed cross-country skiing trails. In turn, Klínovec and Plešivec provide 31.5 km and 12 km of ski slopes respectively.
