Guideliness and Operating Rules

The guests staying at the Moser Residence Apartment agree to abide by the following operating instructions and guideliness.


1. Arrival

  1. Please check-in online before checking in using the link in the email.
  2. Arrival to the Apartment – check-in is avalible from 4PM to 8PM.
  3. At the entrance to the premises, the reception should open the gate for you automatically. If nothing happens, ring the bell at the gate and wait till the reception opens the gate.
  4. Park near the Moser Residence reception and collect your keys there. Make sure to disclose that you wish to pick up the keys to apartment No. 1504, with the knowledge of the owners.
    1. Guests should have paid the full amount before arrival. If not, please pay at the reception - cash only. For finance purposes, it is always necessary to contact the owners – the Vrážel family – at the phone number +420 603 963 156, or at the info@apartmanrezidencemoser.cz.
    2. The reception hands over the keys to the apartment only when instructed by the owner, only after the full amount for the stay is paid.
    3. Payment is made, unless otherwise agreed, always no later than before
      handing over the keys at the reception, in the form of a cashless payment to the operator's account
      or via a payment line. In the case of advance payment
      is deducted in advance.
  5. After reciveing the keys, the guest parks in the spot reserved for Apartment 1504. The out-facing spot is situated near the garbage cans and marked with a sign "Apartment No. 1504".
  6. The apartment is located in block 1, on the 5th floor, first door on the left. The guests can get there via nearby lift.
  7. Upon arriving at the apartment, the guest checks that all appliances and equipment of the apartment are in order. Any defects and ambiguities are immediately reported to the owner (not to the reception).
    1. Instructions for appliances can be found in the cabinet in the hallway.
  8. Remote control lights are available in the apartment. We recommend that you familiarize yourself with which controller is tied to which light. If the lights don't turn on after using the controller, we recommend you check whether the controller itself is working and switched on.
  9. The guest will get acquainted with the control of appliances such as stove, oven, dishwasher, dishes, television, XBOX, DVD center, etc. In case of doubt or questions, contact the owner.
  10. WiFi is available under the name "Apartman1504", password "moser1504".
  11. The central fuse breaker for the apartment is located above the main door. The access ladder is in the large built-in wardrobe.
  12. If the guests raise no objection to the functionality of the equipment and appliances or to the condition of the apartment and furniture, they henceforth assume responsibility for a) the equipment of the apartment, b) for all electrical equipment and c) other internal and external components, and undertake to inform the landlord of the defect and either pay the damages caused or to restore the equipment that was damaged by improper (un)intentional handling (the guests are not responsible for any defects that were not directly caused by them) to its original state.
 

2. Apartment rules

  1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire apartment and Moser Residnce premises.
  2. The landlord is not responsible for the health of the accommodated during normal operation.
  3. Without the landlord's consent, the guest may not move equipment or make any interventions in the electrical network and other installations in the whole presmises of the apartment.
  4. In the event of a equipment failure or other defect, please inform the landlord by phone at +420 603 963 156 or +420 732 379 792
  5. Guests will ensure that garbage is carefuly collected and the apartment is kept clean and tidy.
  6. Jewelry, money and other valuables are the sole responsibility of the guest. The safe in the closet can be used to store valuables.
  7. If the keys to the apartment are lost, the landlord is entitled to charge the cost of replacing the lock and creating new keys.
  8. The quiet hours at the Moser Residence are set from 11PM to 6AM.

3. Use of the Moser Residence Services

  1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire premises.
  2. Guests can use the indoor swimming pool with sun loungers, Finnish sauna, gym and changing rooms free of charge from 10AM to 10PM. The wellness and fitness area has limited capacity. We recommend checking the capacity by phone at the reception.
  3. For a small fee, guests can make use of other services at the Moser Residence, such as the provision of a private wellness area with a hot tub, private sauna, relaxation area and shower. Guests must inform the reception well in advance if they wish to use the private wellness area. This service is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  4. Guests can rent an e-bike. Please contact the reception for terms and conditions and further information.
  5. Guests can use the ski and bike storage room located at the Moser Residence. Please contact the reception for further information.
  6. In the event of an elevator or other equipment malfuction in the common areas of the Moser Residence, the client is obliged to contact the reception.
 

4. Departure and cleaning

  1. Departure from the apartment – check-out is, unless agreed otherwise with the landlord, before 10AM.
  2. Before leaving, the guest will make sure that:
    • The kitchen is thoroughly cleaned – dishes, sink, stove and fridge are washed, the floor is swept and mopped.
    • The apartment is thoroughly cleaned –  all room are vacuumed, swept and wiped; the bedding is removed; and bathroom is properly washed, including the shower and sinks.
    • The bedding is removed.
  3. The guest returns the apartment in a clean and tidy condition! A vacuum cleaner, a broom and all necessary cleaning products are available directly at the apartment.
  4. The landlord is entitled to demand payment of up to 600 CZK for failure to carry out the final cleaning
 

5. Final provisions

  1. The guest is obliged to comply with the provisions of these operating rules. In the event of a breach, the landlord has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of accommodation services before the agreed period expires.
  2. In the event of suspected non-compliance with the contract and accommodation rules, the landlord may request an inspection of the property.
  3. The set out Operating Rules shall come into effect from June 1, 2022.
